Programme T&Cs – list terms & conditions

A. Suntec Rewards Membership

  1. Members must be at least 16 years old to apply for a Suntec Rewards membership by signing up at our website https://sunteccity.com.sg/signup/ or via our Suntec City mobile application.
  2. By signing up for membership account with Suntec Rewards, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, which form a contract between yourself and APM Property Management Pte Ltd, as Property Manager of Suntec City, by which you will be bound.
  3. Suntec Rewards opens one membership account for each individual member – members are not allowed to transfer the accumulated Suntec Rewards points and benefits from that membership account to any other membership account.
  4. As a member, you agree that you will be solely responsible for all consequences of not doing so.
  5. Upon spending and successful submission of $6,000 spend, members will be upgraded to the Gold tier.
  6. Upon spending and successful submission of $$40,000 spend, members will be upgraded to the Ultimate tier.
  7. We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion by publishing the amended version on the Suntec Rewards programme website. For example, we may amend the way Suntec Rewards points are earned, awarded to accounts and/or redeemed or their validity period at any time at our sole discretion. By your continued participation in the Suntec Rewards programme as a member, you agree to be bound by the amended contract between you and APM Property Management Pte Ltd, as Property Manager of Suntec City.Members must provide us with accurate and truthful personal data during the sign-up process and update that personal data in our records if it changes.

B. Reward Points Earning

  1. Upon activation of your Suntec Rewards membership, members are eligible to start earning Suntec Rewards points. A member will earn reward points by making qualifying purchases at participating merchants within Suntec City.
  2. Suntec Rewards programme does not accept receipts from the following: money changers, post offices, banks/ATMs/financial services, carparks, lottery tickets, pushcarts, temporary vendors/pop-up shops at the mall’s promotional spaces of non tenants at Suntec City, purchases from Suntec Convention Centre, online purchases, AXS/SAM payments and bill payments, cashcard/stored value cards top-up transactions, offline transactions via cheque payments, purchase of vouchers from shops or Suntec City. Members should bear in mind that this list is not all-encompassing and is subject to changes at our sole discretion.
  3. Suntec Rewards programme award reward points for receipts with a minimum spend of S$20 or more in a single receipt.
  4. Members must submit the scanned copy of his or her receipt from the merchant no later than 48 hours from the time of purchase via the website or mobile application.
  5. In order for receipts to be valid for earning Suntec Rewards points, the receipts should clearly show the store name, store address, total purchase amount, date and time of purchase.
  6. Original proof of purchase that has been submitted for reward points cannot be used to earn reward points again. Members should keep proof of the purchase for a minimum of 7 working days or until when the reward points have been awarded to their membership account.
  7. Any receipts presented or submitted for reward points must be issued from the member’s own purchases. Suntec Rewards reserves the right to terminate the membership immediately and without prior notice if a member is found to submit another person’s receipt(s) to earn reward points on his membership account.
  8. Store receipts must be issued only by retailers within Suntec City to be eligible for point accumulation.
  9. Suntec Rewards points are awarded to a member’s account for up to a maximum of $5,000 spend per day across multiple receipts. Points are awarded according to the sequence of the receipts uploaded and we will only award points for a partial receipt amount instead of a full receipt amount if the daily maximum limit of $5,000 is exceeded.
  10. Suntec Rewards determines the criteria for qualifying purchases and the number of Suntec Rewards points they are worth at our sole discretion. This varies for different categories of participating merchants.
  11. Members earn reward points based on the following categories:
    General – 5 points for every dollar
    F&B – 3 points for every dollar
    Supermarket – 1 point for every dollar
  12. Suntec Rewards programme award reward points to a member’s account only upon validation of the submitted receipts. We will at our sole discretion reject any receipt that we consider to be invalid. Our decision will be binding, final and conclusive on the member.
  13. Suntec Rewards programme will not award reward points for duplicated receipts or multiple copies of receipts previously submitted.
  14. Members must submit receipts with the necessary information for our validation. Payment card slips from payment cards (including credit cards, debit cards and NETS cards) will not be accepted.
  15. In the case of Suntec City and merchants’ vouchers being used in the transaction, members will earn reward points according to the full actual purchased amount per the submitted receipt (including the value of Suntec City and merchants’ vouchers).
  16. In the case of merchants’ loyalty programmes, bank rebates and payment card rebates, members will earn reward points based on the net amount paid (excluding the values of the above mentioned).
  17. At our sole discretion, we may cancel, revoke or otherwise deduct Suntec Rewards points that have already been awarded to a member’s account.
  18. We may delay the awarding of Suntec Rewards points to a member’s account while we verify to our satisfaction that they were not claimed in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
  19. We may from time to time amend the number of reward points awarded or the mechanics by which they are awarded.
  20. Suntec Rewards points awarded to an account remain our property and do not entitle members to a vested right or interest. They do not have a cash value and are not transferable or assignable for any reason or purpose. Reward points awarded are not transferable between accounts. Their sale, auction, barter, transfer or assignment is strictly prohibited. A violation of the above gives us the right to confiscate or deduct Suntec Rewards points previously awarded to a member.
  21. Any unused Suntec Reward points in a member’s account are cancelled upon cancellation or termination of your Suntec Rewards membership. There will be no compensation for unused Suntec Reward points.
  22. A member may check the balance of his or her Suntec Rewards points at the Suntec City website, mobile application or other means determined by us at our sole discretion.

C. Reward Points & e-Vouchers Expiry

  1. Validity of reward points will not be extended, including where they have been redeemed for e-Vouchers, after the stipulated expiry date.
  2. Suntec Rewards points and e-Vouchers earned from 1 January to 30 June will expire on 31 December of the same year.
  3. Suntec Rewards points and e-Vouchers earned from 1 July to 31 December will expire on 30 June of the following year.
  4. E-Vouchers redeemed between 1 July to 31 December will expire on 30 June of the following year. E-Vouchers redeemed between 1 January to 30 June will expire on 31 December of the same year.
  5. Upon expiry, all Suntec Rewards points and unutilized e-Vouchers will be forfeited.

D. Reward Redemption

Members can accumulate Suntec Rewards points and redeem them for e-Vouchers. Reward points earned in different 6-month periods as indicated in Section C can be combined to redeem for e-Voucher(s).

Members can accumulate Suntec Rewards points and redeem them for e-Voucher(s) within before points expired.

    1. Members will utilize the e-Vouchers on the mobile device by presenting the e-Vouchers to the participating merchant, scanning a QR code at the merchants at the time of payment for verification and presenting the transaction ID to the store’s cashier.
    2. Members may use multiple e-Vouchers to offset against a single purchase transaction at any participating merchant store.
    3. e-Vouchers are not exchangeablefor cash, non-refundable nor converted to cash or physical gift vouchers.
    4. All un-utilized or remaining value of an e-Voucher will be forfeited upon expiry.
    5. Members will be required to present their NRIC or equivalent for validation at the merchants at the time of e-Voucher utilization.

E. Carpark Dollars Redemption and Utilisation

  1. Members can accumulate Suntec Rewards points and redeem them for Carpark Dollars via the Suntec Rewards Mobile Application for use at Suntec City’s carpark.
  2. Members may redeem multiple Carpark Dollars for utilisation before the Carpark Dollars expire. For more details, please see sunteccity.com.sg/faq/.
  3. Carpark Dollars will expire at the end of each quarter of the year in which they have been redeemed, i.e. 31 March 23:59, 30 June 23:59, 30 September 23:59 and 31 December 23:59 of the same year.
  4. Upon expiry, all unutilised Carpark Dollars for the corresponding quarter of the year (on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December of the same year) shall be forfeited and validity of the Carpark Dollars cannot be extended after the stipulated expiry date.
  5. Carpark Dollars are not exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, non-transferrable to Suntec Rewards points nor convertible to cash or physical gift or e-vouchers, in whole or in part.
  6. Members may use Carpark Dollars to offset parking charges at Suntec City, with an amount capped at $500 Carpark Dollars.
  7. If there are insufficient Carpark Dollars for full payment of the applicable parking charges, the balance parking charges will be deducted from your CashCard in the registered In-Vehicle Unit (IU).
  8. Any balance of unexpired Carpark Dollars will remain in your e-Wallet for utilisation during subsequent visits.
  9. Carpark Dollars cannot be used in conjunction with physical complimentary parking tickets.
  10. Each member is allowed to add up to 2 IU numbers in his or her Suntec Rewards membership e-Wallet. Only the default IU number set by the member will be activated for the utilisation of Carpark Dollars. An IU number can only be activated by one member at a time.
  11. Members can utilise up to $500 Carpark Dollars, for each carpark gantry transaction.
  12. Utilisation of Carpark Dollars is only applicable to vehicles with valid IU numbers and does not apply to all motorcycles and Suntec City’s Season Parking holders.
  13. We are not responsible for any error in respect of any deduction from the the member’s registered IU , resulting in inaccurate deduction of Carpark Dollars and/or parking charges from your CashCard.
  14. In the event that Suntec City’s carpark system is out of service or undergoing maintenance, Carpark Dollars will not be used and parking charges will automatically be deducted from your CashCard in the registered IU. In such an event, we are not obliged to reimburse or indemnify members in respect of the parking charges deducted from your CashCard and shall further not be liable to members in respect of any breakdown, malfunction or defect in Suntec City’s carpark system.
  15. Parking is subject to the availability of parking spaces in the carpark. Members shall only park in designated parking spaces.
  16. Member(s) shall be liable for any damage howsoever caused by member(s) to the carpark. In this regard, the MCST Plan No. 2197 shall have the absolute discretion to assess the cost of repairing the said damage and its assessment thereto shall, save for manifest error, be conclusive as to the amount payable by member(s) in connection with the damage.
  17. Members agree that vehicles are parked at their own risk. Accordingly, we shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage howsoever caused to their vehicles while being parked in the carpark.
  18. We reserve the right to implement measures to remove and/or immobilise any vehicle which we consider, at our sole and absolute discretion, as being in breach of terms and conditions hereof.
  19. By using the carpark, members shall deem to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at our sole and absolute discretion from time to time without any prior notice.

F. Personal Data

  1. When you become a member of the Suntec Rewards Programme, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of your personal data by APM Property Management Pte Ltd, its subsidiaries, APM (Holdings) Pte Ltd and the subsidiaries of APM (Holdings) Pte Ltd that are incorporated, and operate, in Singapore for the purpose of us providing the Suntec Rewards Programme.
  2. Examples of a member’s Personal Data which may be so collected, used, disclosed and/or processed include:
    (a) name, identification number, mobile number, transaction details, images of receipts and any other information relating to him or her which is provided in connection with the Suntec Rewards Programme;
    (b) information about a member uses and interacts with products and services provided by participating merchants in the Suntec Rewards Programme, the Suntec Rewards Programme website, and/or the Suntec Rewards Programme mobile application, including computer and connection information, device capability, bandwidth, statistics on page views, cookies, IP addresses, membership details and traffic to and from the Suntec Rewards Programme website and/or Suntec Rewards Programme mobile application; and
    (c) photographs or audio-video or other recordings of a member taken or made in connection with Suntec Rewards Programme promotions.
  3. We take all reasonable precautions to preserve the integrity and prevent any corruption, loss or destruction of personal data and information given to us by members.
  4. As a member, you acknowledge that if you choose to withdraw your consent for the collection, use, disclosure and/or processing of your Personal Data for Suntec Rewards Programme purposes, we may not be able to continue to provide the Suntec Rewards Programme to you. If so, we have the right to terminate your Suntec Rewards membership. This right is without prejudice to our rights and remedies against you in respect of any loss or damages arising from or in connection with such termination.
  5. We may share aggregated, non‑personally-identifiable information with third parties, such as advertisers, our marketing partners and/or our business partners, for use in marketing, promotional or other activities.
  6. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle members’ personal data.

G. Liability

  1. Notwithstanding any other terms or conditions in these Terms and Conditions, we shall not be liable to a member for any loss, damage, inconvenience, moral distress, cost and expense of any nature (including, without limitation for any act, omission, neglect or willful default on the part of our agents, contractors, correspondents and/or their respective officers and employees) which in any way may be suffered or incurred by members or by any other person in respect of or in connection with the Suntec Rewards Programme, including without limitation, account, membership, reward points or redemption and/or in connection with the collection, use, disclosure and/or processing of personal data in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. As a member, you release and discharge us from all claims in relation to any such loss, damage, inconvenience, embarrassment, cost and/or expense.
  2. We will not be liable to a member for any error, omission, delay or loss (including any loss of Suntec Rewards points) as a consequence of technical malfunctions or error attributed to our staff, employees, agents or service providers.
  3. We may at our absolute and sole discretion, without prior notice to members, suspend or terminate the Suntec Rewards Programme for any reason whatsoever as we deem fit.

H. General

  1. Upon participation of the programme, a member agrees to indemnify us and keep us indemnified against any loss, damage, liability cost and expense (including legal costs and disbursements on a full indemnity basis), directly or indirectly arising from or relating to misuse of his or her Suntec Rewards membership and/or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation, if he or she commits any fraud or misrepresent any information supplied or to be supplied under these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Each of these Terms and Conditions is severable and distinct from one another and if at any time, any one or more of these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions will not thereby be affected or impaired in any way.
  3. The rights and remedies provided in these Terms and Conditions are cumulative and not exclusive of any other right or remedies (whether provided by law or otherwise).
  4. No failure on our part to exercise and no delay on our part in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions will operate as a waiver of such right or remedy, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude any other or further exercise of such right or remedy or the exercise of any other right of remedy. Any waiver by us of our rights or remedies in respect of any terms under these Terms and Conditions or any breach of these Terms and Conditions on a member’s part must be in writing and may be given subject to such terms and conditions as we may deem fit and is effective only in the instance and for the purpose for which it is given.
  5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You hereby irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.

Your Privacy is Important to Us

In this Privacy Policy, “we”, “us”, “our” or “Suntec Rewards” means APM Property Management Pte Ltd as Property Manager of Suntec City; “you”, “your” or “yours” means the persons to whom this policy applies.

The security of your personal data is important to us. Suntec Rewards has in place safeguards to protect the personal data stored with us. This policy describes how we may collect, use, disclose, process and manage your personal data.

This Privacy Policy applies to any individual’s personal data which is in our possession or under our control. By Personal Data, we mean any information you provide to us about you. This includes your national registration identity card (NRIC) number, foreign identification number (FIN), passport number, name, postal address, email address, telephone number, gender, birthdate and occupation.

In the event of any inconsistency between different versions of this policy, the latest version shall prevail.

Where we collect your personal data

No matter how we collect your personal data or what we collect it for, we will only use it in the ways set out in this Privacy Policy. By providing us with your personal data, you consent to us using or disclosing it in one or more of the ways described in this Privacy Policy. This includes consenting to us contacting you or sending messages to you via post, telephone, SMS or email.

Customer Services

In order for a customer service representative to respond to your questions or concerns, we may need personal data like your name, email and telephone number. This is used to communicate with you so that we answer your questions as completely and thoroughly as possible.


When you participate in a contest, we ask for personal data in order for us to identify and verify the winner of our contest.

Information that we collect automatically:

What we will do with your personal data

What you share with us stays with us because, if we share your personal data, we share it only with APM (Holdings) Pte Ltd and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

On occasion, we do need to hire other companies to help us provide some services such as companies that provide marketing assistance. We will limit the personal data we give them, and they will only have access to your personal data for the purposes of performing the functions for which we hire them. They are strictly monitored by us in order to make certain our customers’ privacy is always protected.

Earning and redeeming rewards

The personal data you provide to us will enable us to: (a) keep track of your purchase records, (b) allocate reward points according to your purchase records, (c) update you periodically about relevant programs through which you may earn reward points, (d) redeem your reward points and utilize your e-Vouchers when you shop with participating merchants and (e) update our profiling of customer preferences so that we may be able to serve you better.


We will make sure that we only send you messages that we think will be of interest to you – for instance, the dates of in-mall sales, details of special offers or information about new products and services. If you do not want us to use your personal data to market to you, you can decide to opt-out of these types of marketing messages at any time by changing the settings in your Profile or by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send to you.

Storing your personal data and keeping it up to date:

When you share your personal data with us, you will always have access to it. Where you store a “Profile” on the website, you can amend details stored in your account yourself. Alternatively, you can update, change or remove any personal contact information and residential address at any time by calling, writing or emailing us using one of the options provided below.
